Custom-Made Product Policy:

All Richfield structures are custom-designed and manufactured based on each client’s selected size, design, and specifications. As each structure is produced specifically per order:

Production begins after confirmation and deposit

Materials are allocated exclusively for the project

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins

Minor variations may occur due to:

Custom fabrication

Engineering requirements

Material availability

Site adjustments

These are normal in custom outdoor structures and are not considered defects.

Payment Terms:

To secure production scheduling and materials:

• A confirmation deposit is required

• Remaining balance is settled prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed

Once production has commenced and materials are allocated, deposits are non-refundable.

This ensures dedicated production resources for each client.

Manufacturing & Installation:

Richfield FZE LLC coordinates projects and works with specialized third-party manufacturers and installation teams selected for their expertise.

While we carefully coordinate all stages, fabrication and installation are carried out by professional partner teams.

We remain committed to supporting clients and ensuring smooth completion of each project.

Client Responsibilities:

To ensure smooth execution, clients are responsible for:

Confirming measurements and space suitability

Ensuring site readiness and access

Verifying community or authority permissions if required

Informing us of underground utilities or obstacles

Delays caused by incomplete site preparation or approvals may affect timelines.

Community & Authority Approval:

Some communities or developments may require approval for outdoor structures.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions.

We will provide drawings or specifications where reasonably needed.

Delivery & Installation Timelines:

All timelines provided are estimates.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather conditions

Material supply

Logistics

Community access

Contractor scheduling

We always aim for smooth coordination and communication throughout the project.

Warranty Policy:

Warranty varies by product and supplier specifications.

Warranty generally covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Environmental exposure

Misuse or modification

Third-party alterations

Electrical or heat-related additions

Extreme weather conditions

All warranty claims are subject to inspection.

Fire & Safety Notice:

Clients are advised to follow standard safety practices.

Richfield FZE LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Fire incidents

Electrical faults

Heaters or open flames near structures

Improper usage or modifications

External environmental factors

Qualified professionals should be used for electrical installations.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

All structures are custom-made.

Once production has commenced:

• Orders cannot be cancelled

• Payments or deposits are non-refundable

• Custom structures cannot be returned

This is due to material allocation and custom manufacturing.

Limitation of Liability:

Richfield FZE LLC is committed to quality service and client satisfaction.

However, in any circumstances liability cannot exceed 30 % of the value of the paid bill

We are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Permit or community issues or fines

Delays beyond reasonable control

Third-party scheduling

Improper use after installation

Fire or injuries

Acceptance of Terms:

By requesting a quotation, making payment, or proceeding with any project, the client confirms acceptance of these Legal & Policy terms.
