Payment Terms

To secure production scheduling and materials:

A confirmation deposit is required

The remaining balance is settled prior to delivery or installation unless otherwise agreed

Once production begins and materials are allocated, deposits are non-refundable.

Manufacturing & Installation

Firstly, Richfield FZE LLC coordinates projects with specialized third-party manufacturers and installation teams selected for their expertise.

Subsequently, While we carefully supervise the process, fabrication and installation are carried out by professional partner teams.

Additionally, We remain committed to supporting clients and ensuring smooth completion of every project.

Client Responsibilities

Firstly, To ensure smooth execution, clients are responsible for:

Confirming measurements and space suitability

Subsequently, Ensuring site readiness and access

Moreover, customer need to Verify community or authority permissions if required

Furthermore, Client has to inform us about underground utilities or obstacles.

In addition, Delays caused by incomplete site preparation or missing approvals may affect project timelines.

Moreover, with regards to Community & Authority Approvals

As some residential communities or developments require approval for outdoor structures.

Clients remain responsible for obtaining any required permissions.

However, we can provide drawings or technical specifications when reasonably needed.

Delivery & Installation Timelines

Firstly, all timelines provided are estimated schedules.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

Weather conditions

Material supply

Logistics

Community access restrictions

Contractor scheduling

Nevertheless, we always aim to maintain clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the project.

Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and supplier specifications.

Generally, warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

Firstly, Normal wear and tear

Secondly, Environmental exposure

Thirdly, Misuse or modifications

Fourthly, Third-party alterations

Moreover, Electrical or heating additions

Furthermore, Extreme weather conditions

Finally, All warranty claims remain subject to inspection.

Fire & Safety Notice

Clients must follow standard safety practices when using outdoor structures.

Richfield FZE LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from:

Fire incidents

Electrical faults

Heaters or open flames near structures

Improper use or modifications

External environmental factors

Qualified professionals should always handle electrical installations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Richfield structures are custom manufactured.

Once production begins:

Firstly, Orders cannot be cancelled

Secondly, Payments or deposits are non-refundable

Thirdly, structures cannot be returned

This policy reflects material allocation and custom manufacturing requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Richfield FZE LLC remains committed to quality service and customer satisfaction.

However, under any circumstances, liability cannot exceed 30% of the total paid invoice value.

We are not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Permit issues or community fines

Delays beyond reasonable control

Third-party contractor scheduling

Improper use after installation

Fire damage or injuries

By requesting a quotation, making payment, or proceeding with a project, the client confirms acceptance of these Legal & Policy terms.
